Wooly Woolens Studio

Located in Blue Springs, Missouri, Janice Johnson's Wooly Woolens Studio has become the place of choice for hand dyed wool and rug hooking classes.

Trained under primitive rug hooking master, Emma Lou Lais, Janice has a trained eye for color and use of wool. She loves dying wool to achieve the antique look so desirable in rugs. She also loves teaching primitive rug hooking, and finding just the perfect piece of wool to use.

Between family responsibilities, Janice spends most of her time in the studio her husband Jim made for her on their property. It has plenty of classroom space, and an every growing supply of wool!
